  • The webshop works perfectly from a technical point of view (no 404 errors, no lag)
    • The loading speed of the webshop can be easily checked using Google's official PageSpeed Insights tool (https://pagespeed.web.dev)
  • Everything displays quickly and nicely on mobile devices
  • Product pages load quickly
  • The payment process is simple and transparent
  • Texts are in the language of the target country
  • Search and Filter - The internal search engine provides fast and accurate results, and the filters work well
  • When subscribing to the newsletter, Double Opt-In is set up if necessary, and the subscription process is legally compliant
  • HTTPS/SSL - The website is secure (uses https protocol)


Product specifications

Every product has:

  • High-quality images / multiple views
  • Accurate product descriptions
  • Prices, discounts, shipping information, and stock status are correctly displayed and competitive
  • Social proof – customer reviews and ratings
  • Product benefits are clearly communicated
  • Clear, prominent CTA buttons (“Add to cart,” “Buy now”)
  • Prices are displayed consistently everywhere, in the currency appropriate for each country

Cart and payment

  • The shopping cart page is clear, there are no hidden costs
  • Payment methods work (credit card, cash on delivery, PayPal, etc.)
  • The coupon code field, if there is one, works properly
  • A purchase confirmation email is received and contains the correct information
  • Delivery times are listed for all products
  • Return policy and warranty are listed
  • Shipping costs are clear and calculated correctly
  • A shopping cart abandonment notification is set up
